Monthly schedule for detailing of landscaping in University Glen, for University Glen’s townhouses and single family homes.
For the fiscal year 2020-2021, beginning July 1, 2020, the monthly Maintenance Rent (CAM Fees) will be as follows:
- Single Family Homes – $221.83
- Townhomes – $362.18
Per the Ground Sublease, CAM fees are due on the 10th of the month and late fees will be assessed after the 25th of the month. You will receive your CAM account ledger balance statement by email shortly after the first of the month. Please make your checks payable to “CSUCI Site Authority” and make sure you include your CAM number on your check to ensure your check is deposited to the correct account.
Please remember that you have the ability to make your CAM payments online for a small processing fee via Rent Café.

Governors Guidance for Higher Education & other Institutions
Per the mandated guidelines access to the CSUCI Campus is limited through at least January 10, 2021.
These guidelines, implemented on August 24, 2020, are intended to limit interactions between the students, staff, & faculty and the general public. All buildings on the CSUCI Campus are included in the scope of these guidelines, as well as the central mall, north quad, south quad, and Broome Library. See the attached map showing the boundaries determined by the guidelines. These guidelines do not impact vehicular access to University Glen.
COVID-19 Hardship Request Form
We understand that during these uncertain times UGCAM will not be assessing the $50 late fee (the late fee will be reinstated at some time in the future). If you have experienced financial hardship, please complete the attached COVID-19 Hardship Request Form and return it to the UGCAM office.
Budgets and Reserve Study
In preparing the CAM budget for fiscal year 2019-2020, UGCAM was authorized to work with Complex Solutions to develop Reserve Studies for University Glen Common Areas, Single-Family Homes, Townhouses.
