Access to the Community Center (including Fitness Center) located in Town Center and the two Community Pools has been converted to an electronic locking system effective January 15, 2018. Two FOB disks will be issued to each home, at no charge, and will both provide access to amenities as well as identify users. To collect the two FOBs, homeowners are asked to contact the UGCAM Manager Jake Friesen at UGCAM@kennedywilson.com. Renters are asked to contact the Mission Hills Leasing Office during regular business hours to collect their FOBs.
