Homeowners’ Advisory Council

Homeowners’ Advisory Council (HAC)

The Homeowners Advisory Council (HAC) is a volunteer group charged with maintaining the aesthetics of the community and addressing issues of community concern. The HAC is comprised of members that have different overlapping, two-year terms so that not all of the members’ terms expire in the same year. Each year the Site Authority conducts an election in which homeowners vote to elect (or re-elect) members of the HAC to fill the vacancies created by term expirations.

HAC Meetings

All meetings are at the Town Center Community Room.
Meetings are usually the 3rd Thursday of each month.
A Zoom link will be emailed to those residents who are unable to attend in person.
