Anacapa Canyon is a master-planned, mixed-residential community consisting of Market-Rate Apartments, Age/Income Restricted Apartments and a combination of For-Sale Single Family Homes and For-Sale Attached Townhomes. The development is being privately funded and constructed by Southern California-based real estate investment and development firm Kennedy Wilson and its partners. Construction on the project began in November 2021. The development will feature a number of amenities including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and recreational park areas and trails.
